Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes, there is ample parking available for all of our tenants.

Q: Is Parker’s Pond on the Texas State bus route?

A: No, Parker’s Pond is not on the Texas State bus route. However, we are only about ten minutes from downtown San Marcos.

Q: What utilities are residents responsible for?

A: We take care of all utilities at the Lodges  (water, internet, lawn maintenance, etc.) with the exception of electricity and cable.

Q: What is the application fee?

A: The application fee is $30.

Q: Are The Lodges pet friendly? What is the pet fee?

A: Yes, pets are welcome! The pet fee is $250 per pet.

Q: What pets don’t you allow?

A: These breeds or mixes of these breeds are not allowed on the property by residents or guests:

  • Pit Bull Terriers
  • Staffordshire Terriers

  • German Shepherds

Q: Is roommate matching offered?

A: Roommate matching is not offered.

Q: When is rent due?

A: Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

Q: When is a guarantor required?

A: Guarantors are required for every tenant.

Q: What appliances are provided in each unit?

A: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
