A: No, Parker’s Pond is not on the Texas State bus route. However, we are only about ten minutes from downtown San Marcos.
Q: What utilities are residents responsible for?
A: We take care of all utilities at Parker’s Pond (water, internet, lawn maintenance, etc.) with the exception of electricity and cable.
Q: What is the application fee?
A: The application fee is $30.
Q: Are The Lodges at Parker’s Pond pet friendly? What is the pet fee?
A: Yes, pets are welcome! The pet fee is $250 per pet.
Q: Is roommate matching offered?
A: Roommate matching is not offered.
Q: When is rent due?
A: Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
Q: When is a guarantor required?
A: Guarantors are required for every tenant.
